The order came on time. The price was amazing. The personalization looked great. The colors are amazing. Comes with a string for an ornament, or a small chain to put it on a backpack. True to size. Only thing was, looking at it, it looked 3d. So I was a little disappointed. But that was my own fault. Just want to help the next person know its not 3d.

it’s a cute ornament but the add leg me to believe that it was a three dimensional ornament and not a flat picture of a gym bag. i think the add would be more accurate if it showed the flat view of the ornament so buyer is not surprised in delivery🤗
